What is the reservation cancellation policy?

We request all the bookings to be responsible for payment of 5,500++ (6,473.50) THB per person, additional charges can be covered at our restaurant.

Should you wish to cancel your reservation, you can cancel via the link given in your confirmation email with the following terms apply:

– Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the reservation date will not incur the booking fee.

– Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the reservation date will be subject to a charge of 50% of the booking

– Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the reservation date will be subject to a charge of 100% of the booking fee.

*Please note: All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable administrative fee of 10%, regardless of the timing of the cancellation.

Reservation Amendments:

In the event of a change in plans or a reduction in the number of guests, we kindly request that you notify us via email at info@restaurantbelen.com no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled reservation. Any changes made less than 48 hours in advance may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Valet parking and fully accessible facilities are provided to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience for all guests.

What is the tasting menu like?

The Belén tasting menu offers a refined European fine dining experience, presenting a carefully curated sequence of courses that showcase the finest locally sourced ingredients from Thailand. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared to highlight regional flavors through a sophisticated European perspective and technique. Designed as a culinary journey, the menu balances tradition, innovation, and sustainability—delivering a memorable and immersive dining experience.

What happens if someone has an allergy or intolerance?

Our tasting menu is composed of fresh, seasonal ingredients and is subject to change based on availability. We are unable to accommodate specific dietary restrictions, including vegetarian, vegan, no seafood, gluten-free, dairy-free, and allium-free (e.g., no onion or garlic) preferences. However, if you do not eat meat but consume seafood and fish, we may be able to adapt your menu. Other dietary requirements have to kindly be communicated at least 7 days before the date of reservation to provide our chefs enough time to accommodate.

Please contact us well in advance at info@restaurantbelen.com to discuss your requirements. All dietary requirements notified within 24 hours or less may not be accommodated.

Is there a dress code?

Restaurant Belén does not enforce a formal dress code, as we prioritize our guests’ comfort and their full enjoyment of the dining experience.

What happens if I am late?

We respectfully request that all guests arrive promptly at their scheduled reservation time to ensure the full enjoyment of the dining experience. Please be advised that arrivals exceeding 15 minutes past the reserved time may result in a shortened menu or cancellation of the reservation. In the absence of prior notice, such delays will be considered a no-show.

What is the corkage fee?

A corkage fee of 2,000++THB per 750ml bottle of wine or champagne applies. However, this fee will be waived on a one- for-one basis if you bring your own bottle and purchase an equal number of bottles from the restaurant’s wine list. Please note that we do not permit the bringing of spirits or other alcoholic beverages.

Special occasion requests

We are pleased to offer a complimentary dessert to celebrate your special occasion. Kindly indicate your occasion by selecting the appropriate option in the “Purpose” dropdown menu when making your reservation.

What is the payment method?

Restaurant Belén accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay, Alipay and debit cards. Cash payments in Thai Baht and bank transfers are also welcomed. Kindly note that American Express and Diners Club cards are not accepted.

Are children admitted?

To maintain the quality and ambiance of the dining experience for all guests, we can only accommodate children aged 12 and above, given that they are able to enjoy the full tasting menu. As we do not offer a separate children’s menu, all guests are required to order from the adult menu.

Is there a wheelchair access available?

Our facilities have been thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests with reduced mobility. To ensure we provide the best possible experience, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance of any specific accessibility requirements.

Please note that seating is limited, and advance notice will allow us to reserve a suitably arranged table and make all necessary accommodations for your comfort throughout your visit.
